Work with an organization with over 23 years of experience in Christian sorority life. Delta Psi Epsilon Christian Sorority, Inc. has the structure, the operational depth, and management to support members at every stage of life and from all walks of life. By coming together, it expands our reach to win souls for Christ and to support women by helping them develop leadership skills, ministry aptitude, and personal amplitude.

Let's address your fears... As a sorority leader, this is a significant and meaningful opportunity for any Christian sorority that is dissolving. You never want the sisters you're leading to miss out on the bonds and opportunities that exist in your sorority. Friend—Did you know that in the past 10 years, more than 50 sororities have dissolved, leaving their members with no place for Christian sisterhood?
I am called by God to Christian sisterhood. What about all of the work I have put into my sorority?
Making the best choice for your organization and your members does not take away your calling. Many times, when we hear from God we go about the business of making what He has shown us come to be. Often, He has a way of bringing things to pass in a way that we did not expect. In a way that blows our minds. Your work has not been in vain. What you have established, the goodwill, the trust, and the ministry that you have executed are of great value. But, your impact can be even greater. Together, we can win this world for Christ and develop the lasting bonds of sisterhood.
Will my organization lose its identity completely? Will there be any difference in how my members are treated?
We want to continue to honor this history of your sorority and its founders. Your origin is very important. Let's work together to find creative ways to continue your legacy. Your organization will, however, adopt our symbols, ritual, methods, policies, mandates, and approaches. So that unity and consensus are built. Your members will be treated and seen as FULL members of Delta Psi Epsilon with all rights, responsibilities, privileges. The culture of our sorority is very warm. Kindness is one of our major tenets and practices. Your members will be welcomed like any other members.
What about my organization's leadership and what about me as a Founder?
This is an organization of leaders. We want YOUR leaders to become OUR leaders. We are looking to bring on people with a diverse range of gifts and talents that enhance our collective work. We want you to share your skills and you will have the opportunity to lead at local, regional, and national levels.
What if Delta Psi Epsilon dissolves?
Any organization can come to an end. In these times, we've seen some of the world's largest institutions come crashing down. However, Delta Psi Epsilon has built a solid foundation most importantly on the Word of God, but also operationally and from a business standpoint. After 23 years, we have learned and grown and are adept in operating an organization of this type. Reducing the number of Christian sororities only helps to further legitimize all of our organizations in the Christian Greek landscape and it gives us all longevity. We hope that you will join us in this work.
